Thanks for invitation.

I feel that my greatest weakness is that I am very critical of my own work. I have always prided myself on producing excellent and error-free work. While this is beneficial to my job performance, it is possible to go to extremes.I have also found that I can easily waste time checking and rechecking. Now I am aware of what to look for in being such a stickler, so I am always making a conscious effort to trust myself and my quality focus more and not be so incredibly critical of my work. I know that there is a limit to proofreading. It's important to me that everyone gets along in the workplace.  one more weakness was In the past I have always gone the extra mile to help out whenever it is necessary in trying not to disappoint or let anyone down. I'm not saying I no longer help others out. However, I've learned to be more assertive, to better recognize and prioritize projects, to know whether I can bail others out without jeopardizing my existing work.

What are the greatest your weaknesses?

This question may be tricky and needs a lot of deliberation before answering. We must answer this question wisely, and this will be through talking about is related to the skills of the job requirements. For example,

The employer will not care about the weakness of mathematical skills that you are applying for the post of editor or publisher. You can also talk about the skills that were not good in the past, but you've improved on. For example, perhaps you're shy

Formerly introverted but now I became more

Trust and love to communicate with people around you. You do this, you made your point turning the negative into a positive.

Mine is inconsistency but my excuse is that whatever i maybe doing i don't take/find it as the purpose of my life so i do not engage myself completely with that thing. Believing that there is something far more important i should do, my Job towards the people. And when i'll be doing that i will completely devote myself towards it.
