What are the benefits to make your second profile on bayt and how to keep the two profiles the primary and secondary active?

i think the best for twice we can make one Arabic and one English to make it easy for job opportunity

If you have more than one profile, when you apply to a job, you will be given an option to select the profile with which you want to apply to that particular job. So how does it help?

Since all your profiles would  highlight your specific skill sets and professional background, not every profile is suitable for every kind of job. Different jobs require you to position yourself differently sometimes. That is when recruiters would get to see your details which fit in the job requirements the most, and this increases your chances of getting shortlisted. Simply select the right profile for every job you apply to, from the Profile Selection Page.

If you are looking for a job then it is good to make two or three CVs to apply for your three different specialties to get a job soon. but the one should be aware about his/ her skills and capabilities at the same time while applying for any positions.

Although I wouldn't go for the option of making 2 profiles on bayt but I'll wait to see some suggestions of those benefits. I personally see the following disadvantages from having more than one profile:

1. Your area of specialization (specialties) will be diluted. 

2. You'll need to manage multiple login with multiple emails

3. You'll not have the same network of people unless you add each one on each of your two profiles

4. Your efforts will be divided on running and maintaining two profiles instead. 

5. Employers might check one profile but may not know about the other one unless they are specifically directed to it.
