Leadership is developed through training, observing and trial and error. To be a good manager you have to be able to focus the employees on the purpose/mission, train them to complete the mission, supply them with the tools to succeed and follow up. People can be taught to manage and lead people with the proper training. They must also want to learn. I learn with every success and failure in my life and others. If one is willing to learn and grow with success and failures then they will become better in every aspect.
