Active, reactive and power factor are not tests of transformers. For transformers there are type test and site test. These tests are standards and well known for everyone in the field.

Turn ratio test is type and site test. It is to supply the primary site of the transformer and measure the secondary site each time with change the tap changer. It can be done with a LV source and a voltemeter or by using TTR testing equipment.

Iron losses are measured by using the open circuit test.
