Here in UAE, how can we compete with other applicants when we don't have any UAE experience and most of the job postings requires experience in UAE? What is the best way to land in a job here?

of course, customers are the source of income of the business... without them, what will happen to the business? so it is very important to give the best of your ability in pleasing the customer.. well, you cannot please everyone, atleast you did your job to serve them.

It is very difficult to get a job in UAE if you do not have experience in UAE. You can get a job in UAE without UAE experience only if you are lucky.The best way to land a job in UAE is to have a reference or if any of your relative is working in UAE. May be they can get you a job. or you have to be there physically to get interviewed and selected.

Your Ques. is not clear, what do you mean "UAE experience"? , the second part of the Ques. You said you have to please the customer, you are right some customers will never like your products or services, so dont waste time convicing them.
