Attitude is psychology, it describes the way a person feels inside toward surrounded environment with all its components or elements. While Behavior is the way the person responds to his attitude whether positively or negatively.

To control, I think you need to consider the following:

- Monitor his behavior, how he treats clients or deals with coworkers, monitoring could be direct or indirect, it should be part of the work system and organization policies, so that any violation will have the appropriate action.

- Encourage him to improve his behavior through fair appraisals, incentives or honorary awards.

- Setup and deliver modern training courses to improve controlling behavior.

- It is useful to build direct connection with the employee from the very beginning, get close from him and directly listen to his complaints or suggestions through periodic meetings or quick tours.

I know only this much, it is not your aptitude but it is your attitude that determines your altitude. Moreover, attitude and behaviour are same. Behaviour is inborn and attitude is cultivated.
