I don't think so. When the Act itself conferred a Right to make an Award by the Arbitrator after the full fledged Arbitration process took place as a Alternate Dispute Resolution System. Why would it should take away the Award making right from the Arbitrator which is going against the provision of the Arbitration Act which is Illegal and Arbitrary, Right?

My 2 cents. Thanks.
