AOP stands for Annual Operating Plan.  This is a detailed structure which is built Top-to-Bottom, and then cross verified Bottom-up functions.  This should be assesed by Q3, and should be made ready to implement by Q4.  This is the best way to ensure the Financial control on the Enterprise Annual Plan.  If this done thoroughly for each month, for each geography, for each function, then the Operations at each Function and at each location runs without exceeding the cost, thereby giving a financial stability to the Enterprise.
