Thanks for the invitation. I use the situational leadership model which explains how you can coach an employee based on his competency and commitment levels. It states that when the competency level of an employee is low but his commitment level is high we need to use a coaching style with him/her to raise the competency. How do we do that? Through on-the-job training and giving him clear step by step instructions on how to achieve a certain task up to the accepted standards of performance.

Coaching employee in simple way is keep two-way communication and let all employees Buy In the company policy and proceedures by own let them devlop and learn by own and let them take initiatives rather than teching them let employee share ideas and knowledge with each other and let everyone feel that they can contribute rather fixing one or two staff to coach or guide. Everyone should feel he/she is the coach ready to take responsiblity to express his knowledge among the his/her team
We coach employees to learn by showing and traching and not preaching. People management is first and formost requirement at site. treat people right and they give you more. Every day is a chance to learn something new so embrace it.
An organisation who encourages their employees for a continuous learning will have motivated employees. A learning environment with approachable people will benefit the organisation. Same way, the employyes also should have the hunger for more learning. Friendly and positive employees can help in this.
