Static Route because of its Default Administrative Distance is 1.

EIGRP's Administrative Distance is: 90

OSPF Administrative Distance is: 110

RIP Administrative Distance is: 120

Static because we can make AD value lower then EIGRP.

Static Routing because of lower AD value.

Any static or dynamic routing protocol can reach the subnet .

By default Static route will be the first one , cause it has the lower AD .

BUT if U manipulate the AD u can make any routing protocol the first one, it just depends on your topology.

Static routing because it AD is 1

static route cause static route has lower  AD value other than. static route AD value is 1 and other routing protocol AD value is more than static route.

Static route will be preferred since it has least  administrative distance(1) compared with 90 of EIGPR , 110 of OSPF and 120 of RIP
