I think they will do it immediately to prove they are right and the previous leader is wrong (it's a massage that I am here)
I completely agree with Maria Kristina and Shahul's answer. A good leader don't just change the procedures instantly because it must be carefully analyzed before deciding whether to change the current system or not. A good leader is after the welfare of its people and the company not to establish his position in the firm.
Thanks for the invitation. Any change in organizational culture and business should come about gradually so that it can last. Any immediate / abrupt change is not bound to last. So, I recommend that leaders put together a change plan with time lines and before they go ahead and start introducing those changes, they need to find a group of catalysts who will be their enthusiastic change agents throughout the organization. Change is a team sport, not a one mane show.
If he/she is a creative leader then he/she would never do immediately. Review the situation very carefully and after clear feasibility then he/she would starts doing one by one successful strategies.
If anyone doing shocking strategies without any basic knowledge of the situation, it would further easy for him get his/her failure soon. Simply, change is constant but gradually and carefully otherwise guess the results.
You are right, each and everyone has their own ideas and follow their one methods. But a clever administrator will not change strategies overnight, he will continue with the present system/strategies he inherited from his predecessor and after evaluating the pros and cons of each and every thing involved in the job will implement his strategies gradually step by step as the main purpose is not to harm the smooth functioning of administration as the people and system used to it since long.
In order to prove their eligibility to this leadership, because they have seen from the outside Solutions Group can be applied, the old leadership may be bored to work, do not have new ideas, they need to wrap people around them, they need to support
This strategy is used in the military field and in the war by military leaders as well as in the intelligence community over the civilian side
Thanks for the invite .......... immediately to prove their presence
full agree with ms. Maria Kristina Peterson
In normal course that completely depend upon the cause; method and the speed of his/her predecessor's exit. This prompt the successor to understand the need of the organisation and management's expectation.
