Responsible for the overall business performance of the company. Responsible for ensuring cost control in terms of food and beverage stock, manpower cost, and operational cost. Train, develop and motivate staff to achieve sales targets. Negotiate agreements with outside providers and subcontractors to ensure highest quality of service. Maintain, develop and improve company's image in terms of customer service. Drive initiatives to increase the profile of the company. Devise and implement marketing promotional campaigns. Constantly review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained. Full responsibility for managing and meeting all committed budgets related to the Staff. Work and develop relationships, with external suppliers to ensure the best reputation within the industry. Monitor Stock levels at all times. Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation are met. Ensure that the industry standard with regard to safety and hygiene are upheld by employees.
