The Only Thing Standing Between You and Getting Hired is the Right Answer. if you Asked Why bother? or What bothers you? Do You Know What You'll Say?
Yet, I get confused about how I get along with different types of people ,even so the workplace is loaded with a variety of different people with varying personalities and I always think how I fit in. It doesn't matter to me what kind of people I work with just that work gets done or not. For me I am more concerned with outcomes than personalities. Really I dislike to bother other people but "I didn't work well with anyone who unwilling to deliver what they promise."
Although "I've always been able to get along with anyone. It does not matter how difficult some of people can be. I even manage to get along with those that I don't work with. I think that getting along with others simply boils down to our cute personalities. I presume that that when we can understand and recognize other personality types, other than our own , getting along becomes that much easier. I may not get it right on the first try, but once I learn more about that person and discover their key buttons, I won't have any problems then."
procrastination what bothers me most, it will cause some major damages on the long run.
In Work Environment, I believe each and every one in the team for a simple reason each and every one are unique and special. For example, in my team there were 2 individuals who are analytically very good in fact exceptional but both are lazy and procedural, means if you tell them you need to follow the procedure, no matter what the situation, they will follow the rule.
Instead of bothering about them for their current work, we altered few things in the system to facilitate them regarding system issues and then positioned them in works which requires more time to solve analytically the issues. We amazed because they both started solving the difficult issues pretty easily using their analytical skills.
Hence my suggestion is good to ask 'bother' to a situation and not to the person.
self satisfaction maybe ....
I agree with Ms. Ghada answer
Thanks
Strongly agree with your opinion and answer Mrs. Ghada
people bother about future even though, everyone knows future is uncertain and unpredictable.
a sales executive bother about his target which he can achieve or not
a delivery boy bothers he can deliver it on time
and an owner bothers he get profit or loss from his business.
in all the cases, they bother by thinking about an uncertain event in the near future.
I think no one is botheration free. From a King to the Janitor all are bothered about their position, status, health and other things. Whatever may be the situation today, it may change tomorrow when boss changes, manger changes, suddent ups and downs in one's work, or the status of the organization one is employed or personal problems, health etc. When one is employed there may be many botheration, botheration of work to be completed within the limited period, work has to be done perfectly, getting along with superior and subordinates, finacial status to adjust with present needs, question of position or respect, health factors, family problems.
When our own hands don’t have same size of fingers, we aren’t concerned. When yesterday is not today and today is not tomorrow, we are concerned. What is right to us is left to others is a concern. Bother is born out of comparison that is not a healthy sign. In an employer parlance, only management can compare between employees but it doesn’t encourage an employee to compare to others. Why then bother but empathize ?
I disagree with this statement quite a bit. One of the few addressed issues regarding interviews is the "cultural fit", and I believe this plays a larger role in your performance during an interview than the actual answers given. Think about it for a moment, have you ever heard someone say something you heard many times before but for some unknown reason having him say it had a bigger impact on you?
In ay organisation it is teamwork that matters. either you are leading a team or part of one, the aim is to ensure that you all work towards a common goal. each person in the team is different, some may have a totally different way of working. Hence the requirement to be flexible in your approach. As long as you achieve your aim it should not bother you.
You could given get bothered/doubtful about what your senior has tasked you to do. Best is to ask him to clarify rather than always be apprehensive about the outcome.
