Working Drawing - is the Blue print or drawing that is subject to clarifications. It is complete with enough plan and section views with dimensions, details and notes but without any additional information

Record Drawing - Revised set of drawings submitted upon completion of a particular project or job. They show the exact dimensions, geometry and location of all elements of the work completed, also called as-built drawings

Submission drawing - is the drawings used for developing a design idea into coherent  proposal. It is technical drawing of a building or machine as per design requirements.
