networking is managing the data flow between all the devices in the network.

for example connecting end user devices(pc's, laptops and mobiles) to the office servers, and the main servers to the branch office or the company website to the internet. by use of hubs, switches, servers, routers cables and fiber.

Networking:A way of sharing resources such as data , information , files even divices like printers and faxes in order to reduces cost and save time.Theory of Networking : Connection can be phisical (i.e cables) or wireless in radio frequencies or other frequencies  (i.e WIFI , Bluetooth).For more info read  CCNA , A+
