The beauty of working in an organization is that you need to work with all types of people with diverse educational backgrounds, cultural orientation, work habits and decision making process.
What you are thinking as non-professional, the others may be also thinking same about you- this is diversity and you have to be very tactful and diplomatic to survive in a multicultural set up in place like Dubai or Cape Town or Singapore.
So, as advised by Mr Omar Saad Ibrahem, please be patient and try to learn from others. When you respect others, they will also respect you and now you apply your diplomacy to get noticed and appreciated. The main principle is to get along and only then, you will enjoy your work

As for me , I should be patient , and learn them how management should be....
Nothing new or special behaviour is required be it professional or non-professional.
We need to be accomodative, friendly, knowledgeable at work and more importantly a good listener and team player
Thank you for your invitation. In addition to our Colleagues answers, I would like to add that our behavior/action will be built on the principle that respect other whatever he is. As known the Sales Force is dealing with different level of the Customers in the Culture & mentality but they have to find a combined background to go gathering in order to create Business. I think the Sales Force can deal with a such case on the same principle. Sales force have to approach Non professional Management with high respect and arrive the combined idea and goal in order to reach the Target Budget.

I will be very clear and assertive on what's right and what's wrong. I'll maintain the required code of conduct but won't tolerate misbehavior from a management team, especially if I'm part of that team.
It is difficult for me and for the results of our job
