BGP does not have its neighborship automatically.we have to explicitly have the neighborship through the command.after that next hop should be reachable to have the prefix accessable.

Next Hop Router should be reachable. Reachability should be in place then after that it will check for next preffix.

BGP use attributes to check routes reachability .as it first check his next hop reachable or not .
