As HM, i would surely go with team. But , employees are not always right. Being a representative of team, i will react based on truth, why they are against Principal ?
Will try to bridge the gap between management and employee in interactive way, meanwhile, will surely expect support from staff/employee to respect principal, till we come to conclusion.
One matter of fact is Principal is person, who makes policy, many time, that policy or rule may not be accepted whole heartedly by team, but they will have to follow.
In today's scenario, counselling with Management & Staff are only positive to keep the system iive.
