employee create a good and balanced relationship with such human.?
Do not be an enemy instead of being severe at the wrong time so that the employee learns from his mistake in my view prosperity with the employee at the time of error makes him make mistakes again
If the CEO is aggressive in nature mean he wants his team to be perfect, go getter & aggressive as well in order to accomplish the given task & project within stapulated time frame effectively & efficiently in a highly competitive environment.
