I think the question should have been as follow :" What are the creative ways to energize your staff", because as Mr. Mohamed Hijazi stated, your staff should have been accepted under certain conditions comply with the company requirements.
Imagination is the beginning of the creation, you imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine , and at last, you create what you will. SAID George Bernard Shaw.
Training is necessary and i guess it is the step you shall start from in order to achieve a creative team.. Etc.
