its in hospitality
taking order to the costumer
I can able to serve whatever in big crowd of people.
making guest happy and give total satisfaction when it comes to service
the last part that i like is to give a comments card to the customer and to know that your service is good or not so u know the feed back of your customer if they satisfied to your service
Fight the urge to say there’s nothing you dislike. While this is the perfect answer in theory, in reality if falls flat because it’s simply not true. No job is perfect, so pick something that everyone can relate to. Some part of the restaurant business that nobody likes. That way you are being completely honest in your answer, but without sounding undesirable. Here is an answer that any restaurant worker can relate to:“My least favorite part of serving is bad tips. Not every customer will appreciate my service as much as others. But it’s not something I can change, and I try not to take it personally. I can’t expect every customer to tip the way I would.”
Not every guest appreciates service as much as others. I know I can’t change it and try not to take it personally. Instead I focus on giving the best service I can to each guest and getting the best tip they are prepared to leave. I can’t expect everyone to tip the way I do, but I can be satisfied knowing that they left what they consider to be a good tip.
Doing your best but for all customers is not enough for them. And they under estimate you because you are server only.
clevered guest, you do your best but still in the end they make complain just to get discount or compliments
unhappy customer even you did all your best to make the customer satisfied but for them its not enough.
