The least favorite part is knowing, accuring and exceeding a rude guest's expectation. It is also very hard to maintain these expectations because the guest always can find something wrong in the hospitality field. To avoid that, one should be able to have good memory in guest recognition rather than memorizing the guest's name and what he/she usually orders, likes and dislikes and his/her favorite part of the place.

the last part that i like is to give a comments card to the customer and to know that your service is good or not so u know the feed back of your customer if they satisfied to your service

Fight the urge to say there’s nothing you dislike. While this is the perfect answer in theory, in reality if falls flat because it’s simply not true. No job is perfect, so pick something that everyone can relate to. Some part of the restaurant business that nobody likes. That way you are being completely honest in your answer, but without sounding undesirable. Here is an answer that any restaurant worker can relate to:“My least favorite part of serving is bad tips. Not every customer will appreciate my service as much as others. But it’s not something I can change, and I try not to take it personally. I can’t expect every customer to tip the way I would.”

Not every guest appreciates service as much as others.  I know I can’t change it and try not to take it personally.  Instead I focus on giving the best service I can to each guest and getting the best tip they are prepared to leave.  I can’t expect everyone to tip the way I do, but I can be satisfied knowing that they left what they consider to be a good tip.

Doing your best but for all customers is not enough for them. And they under estimate you because you are server only.
