English is wide spread and is conveniently recognized as an international language. It would take a long time for another language to replace English globally. Nevertheless, other languages also cover regionally.

Both Law of Tort's and Law of contract's are classified as Private Laws. Basic difference is, In contracts if there is any breach between the parties and therefore violating the terms of the contract/agreeement between, is to make a cause of action to pursue the matter as per the respective laws.

In case of Tort, there is no knowledge involved nor have agreement/contract nor intention/mensrea involved between the parties. any damage/loss caused due to negligence like situation, makes the cause of action to pursue the matter before the court of law as per the prescribed laws.

My 2 cents. thanks
