SublimeLinter has recently been rebuilt and polished for SublimeText 3. The new version certainly comes with a set of new features. Rather than putting all linters in one package, the developer allows you to select and install only the ones that you regularly use.
sublime editor is good but I recommed notepad++ and intype over sublime editor
I don't use this app. so i don't have any idea regarding the plugins can be add to it

What makes Sublime Text even better is its extensibility. So, here’s a look at the plugins that make an already wonderful editor truly Sublime.
1. Package Control
2. Git
3. GitGutter
4. Emmet
5. AllAutocomplete
6. Terminal
7. SublimeREPL
8. ColorPicker
9. MarkdownPreview
10. DocBlockr
First of all I like dark environment while coding so number one think I would do is to install a cobalt 2 theme. Secondly Emmet, will save you so much of your time and would give you preternatural ability to write HTML and CSS.
These are the only two plugin I am big proponent off other wise I highly believe in Max Joseph quote
You can replace the Gear with editors or plugins. So best is stop doing it and focus on building something.
Review the following list of the five best plugins for sublime editor:
