by constant practice and training....always start with a prayer, proper warm up and drills...
Playing volleyball is very complex process. It should take years of learning to get to the basic technique level. But, for beggining, I recommend doing basic exercises over and over (sintetic method). Later, you should analize every move you make (analitic method) and compare it to the one that is performed correctly. And, of course, doing it in different cirkumstances.
