Great question Imran. We should always try to improve even if results are already good. Now there are many ways to improve when we look at people, processes and systems for example. People: we can look at how employees can support each other better, how suppliers can help to improve, listen to customers and find out what else they would value and more. Processes: we can look (remove) at barriers or additional opportunities to enhance the delivery experience. Systems: we can review how automated processes can ensure a standard delivery of excellence and create more time for sales people to spent with customers and more. This are just a few examples and I think a team that is already doing well would be a great team to engage in improvement brainstorming sessions. However the worse you can do is stop challenging your team because at that stage they have no space to grow anymore. Keep it real though.
There's no such magic wand to make great results better but definitely through motivaton factors one can improve upon the deliverables. It's no doubt that great results are always derived from great leaders & his strong leadership skills. If one is empathetic towards his subordinates there's undoubtedly better results are deserved.
Although a team might already be productive, you still need to constantly motivate them and valuing their input. This will help them feel appreciated and drive them to work even harder.
The most important things that will raise the efficiency of the performance of team work is teamwork and non-reliance on the captain fed the moral and material incentives.
hi imran
i think this team need a little motivation
but finally you must repair your mind about leadership
by giving extra money.
Reward them.
I'm not sure if i got your question right but i thik that the best and most efficient way is to reward your team members either through a gift, givng them a day off or taking them out for lunch.
