How to handle boss anger if he is wrong and forgets what he said before, and is blaming you for being wrong?

Get a new boss.  At best, this one is a bad boss: at worst, he or she has a personality disorder.

your boss is always your boss only. listen and here from him all the blames. but do not accept it. always try to persuade him that mistakenly he is blaming me. 

First a fall, Don't show the mirror to your boss. try to apply same thing on him and convey your dis-likenesses through your gesture.
