email - enterprise level - Exchange or O365 cloud

Firewall (NG) a lot of choises, on my opinion good option is to use Fortigate or Cisco with Firepower module. Palo Alto also on of the leaders in this area.

DHCP - in case of domain environment - best option is to use windows server with DHCP role installed. In this case you have much more possibilities for correct functioning of DNS+DHCP+NAP, and if necessary can easily implement several scenarios of failover for this important role. 

Router or Firewall should use Windows DHCP as a helper
