as per saudi labur law we must differentiate between two things:
first if the reason of final leave is a termination from the company,in this case if service time is less than3 months so no EOS payment , if the service time less than5 years so EOS will be half a month for each year,if service time more than5 years so EOS will be half a month for interval less than5 years plus a month for interval more than5 years.
second if the reason of leave is employee resignation, so less than2 years no EOS payment,less than5 years will take1/3 EOS, from5 years to years will take2/3 EOS,more than years will take full EOS in this case no difference between termination and resignation.
