Well it all comes down to mental satisfaction and relaxation. Keep your employees happy and satisfied. Make them feel at home and like a family. Treat them as you would like to be treated. Set examples by leading from front. Do not ask them to do tasks, motivate them by doing difficult ones by yourself. Know their individual problems and issues and help them, at least give them a sincere opinion. I myself belong from army, and we have a famous quote written in front of every officer's seat "Know your men".
