One of the training methods of self-development
The answer is "false" because training (first) and development (second) have different goals or targets and the methods may be same (In-house training arrangement for example).
The target for training is to correct employee deficiency or poor performance, or whatever skills gap there may be.
The target for development is to prepare employee for a much bigger responsibilities (as an example), today or as per his future placement in the company (he may be listed as future manager based on succession plan).

Training and development with the same goals with a little difference training is free to define the mind and improves their experience The development is based upon the trainee who dish Matdrb it benefited then began to develop
