One of the factors for success
Well, the training supervisor in the orientation can only guarantee that he cover all contents of what he's suppose to discuss during the orientation process so that the new employee may adopt to his new workplace as soon as possible.
The success of the orientation will depend to the new employee. Therefore, he can't guarantee that it can be successful on the part of the trainee. In my experience, even without the orientation, some employee can successfully adopt to his work environment by mere observation and by his own research.
This question is answerable by "true" and "false."
