Self-esteem is the critical determinant of a Healthy Personality. The best definition of self-esteem is, “how much one likes oneself.” When we like and respect ourselves, we always perform and behave better than if we didn’t.

The more we like ourselves, the more confidence we have. The more we like ourselves, the more efficient and effective we are in each area (Personal/Professional) of our life. Self-esteem is the key to peak performance.

Our self-esteem is so important to our emotional health that almost everything we do is aimed at either increasing our feelings of self-esteem and personal value, or protecting it from being diminished by other people or circumstances.

In a nutshell, Self-esteem, the feeling of liking and respecting oneself, is the foundation principle of success and happiness on both a personal and a professional level.
