FALSE. 

CANVAS SIZE IS WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO DECREASE THE SIZE AND THE IMAGE WILL BE CROPPED HOWEVER, FOR THE IMAGE SIZE, INCREASING THE IMAGE WILL APPEAR BIGGER AND BECOMES BLOCKY OR BLURRY AS IT SHOWS. :)

canvas option show us to get idea about H and W. document size will show us to how many resolution we have and dimension is also so i thing False..
