Standards give way to individuals in order to make decisions based on the information and objective data, process of decision-making is based on sound foundations do not rely solely on guesswork and intuition. In particular, and that standards are always traceable and analysis.HR metrics has always focused on specific data such as turnover rate (for employees) or the right time to set. This data can be useful, but that we call raw data, is even more important to know beyond the data and know "Why?" This data or the result appeared, because that is what actually would be allowed to take the proper administration of the resolutions, according to the progress of accurate data.
