1) by holding frequent meetings with employees and being straight forward about the disruptive event and the current situation.Then ask for employees co-operation.
2) by solidifying the bond between the company and employees through some initiatives and social events.
3)by being more flexible when it comes to employees administrative requests and personal situations.
