If an employee is not satisfied his/her current work place, how he/she can solve?

Here, Management needs to interfare by conducting a general survey within an Organization by dividing team into different number and a general optional and descriptive questions should be asked in a survey and whichever team will have highest score will win the contest.  And thereafter, in a general meeting those received best solutions can be implemented by the management without letting know by their employees that they have solved the problem.
