No I do not agree to the following reasons:

- A company that generates so much capital from its main activity and that it does not find the opportunites for greater expansion in the framework of this activity, the diversity appears to be a useful way to invest its capital and rolling out risks and to earn money.

we use diversity :

- For rolling out the risks, that is to say, to balance the financial position over a period of time

- For financial reason, because we believe that it will yield more than other ways of investing money

- Because the synergies  with our current business will take advantage to all to justify the diversity

- For reasons of mind of company,  merely becaufe we consider the risk inherent to the diversity as an exciting challenge.

Diversity is counterproductive only if you're trying to create a racist, sexist, agist or otherwise prejudiced workplace.
