There are two things:
The work pressure which you can discuss
The work pressure which you "can not" discuss
Problem arises with the above mentioned sencond problme"Can not" because you not have trusted person to dicsuss or your nature in slightly or more introward. Because "You can disscuss" problems are mostly solved with discussion etc. but the second type problme remains same and takes a bigger shape which effects team and as an individual.
To solve this type of problem talk to the person you admire and trust more in your life other than your work place and tell them about some point whatever you want to discuss and decide the consiquenses which might come into picture when you scream on them and here you will have a chance to know how you can solve your problem because once you start giving solution to your problems as an individual infront of your trusted person you start realizing that solution is inside you and half of the problems can be solved once you realize that you have the solution
I think that stress and pressure at workplace is normal, neverthless excessive stress can interfere with our productivity and impact our physical and emotional health as well as our ability to deal with it can mean the difference between success or failure. i belive that we can’t control everything in our work environment, but that doesn’t mean we’re powerless even when we’re stucking in a difficult uncertain situation. So from my view Finding ways to manage workplace pressure isn’t about making huge changes or rethinking career ambitions, but rather about focusing on the one thing that’s always within your control: you to cope with everday pressure and manage it thoroughly with patience.

Many things in mind,,,,it depends on work,,, like production type business has different issues, and office jobs has different...
First of all If I am not organized all work types will creat preussure.
However, If I was orgnized and face work pressure, I would prefere to pause fo a minute and stop thiniking of the problems.
I will try as well to scheulde some of the tasks for following days.
I totally agree with Mr. Ghazi AL Mahadeen’s viewpoint with a little but honest addition; I take a cup of tea, go to any available lonely place and sing softly to myself; it simply soothes me.
