There is a limit to what online tools can offer compared to the human touch of a person such as low cost carrier bookings, domestic and international rail, cruise bookings and non GDS hotels or charter flights.

 

If you have a TMC then you need to offer something unique to your customer which will benefit them, this also includes24 hours assistance and etc.
