because, if encourage them, and we share their feelings and give respect,.... they can work hard and achive higher in business...

I agree that Cash is like blood for business because it lets the brain ( manpower ) work to come up with services and products that help the societies and humanity .
Money is needed for medical Researches , experiments , human resources development , manufacturing , agriculture … etc , even for small businesses money is needed at least for its continuity .
