It should cover the following:

1. overall emergency evacuation plan.

2. staff should be trained in firefighting, first aid etc.

3. conducting mock safety and evacuation drill.

4. details of firefighting and ambulance department.

5. periodic assessment and training of personnel.

6. Conducting safety and awareness day for the entire staff.

7. dos and donts chart for people working near heavy equipments or electrical devices.

8. effective Internal communication plan with proper job designation.
