Look other opportunities, like start KAIZEN - kaizen is continous improvement to eliminate waste and to know what are those non-value added activities that has cost impact in the company. Provide program/ Bright Ideas on how to improve the cost. (like space, UPH, productivity improvement, Yield and efficiency of the machine/ workers w/o suffering the safety of the employee. With that activities you can minimize or zero out the OT of employees.
