In my view,,, most of managers and admins,,, try to run there trait,,, through what they learn in their student life.
But most important thing I consider is a best manager or admin is one who treat subordinates through human psychology,As every other person has different issues and treats problem in their unique ways,,,, including official issues as well...So to run a best management system and reduce day to day hiring and firing issues, avoid flaws in work, and discrepancies, I think one must deal in with great knowledge and wisdom,,, that includes how to treat one person in his/her unique trait,,, to get maximum amount of production from work,,, and as well to keep a good working environment.
