Life is not static-PEOPLE CHANGE, DREAMS CHANGE, and how one handles the CROSSROADS in life, determines their path! Where one journey ends (LIFE), the other begins (DEATH). So, I too, am constantly in the process of transition; learning with each breath; trying to discover who am I; how & where I’ve to go and what my ultimate destination is?

Definitely yeah, but the situation varies depending on the learning style we use to develop our experiences, personal characters, values , traits , beliefs , relationships and challenges to improve ourselves. Ideally, we observe the world around us and reflect on our observations, this experience and reflection is then incorporated into the theoretical knowledge that we already possesses, and supported by continuous learning, reading and training for building up a framework into which to fit our new experiences. However I think that, everyone learns differently, that’s nothing new yet, over the years the different styles of learning have usually been to visual, physical or learning by doing , or audible. Truth is, learning is a complicated concept as everyone is unique in their own way, and learns in their own way as well. In reality, we all probably fall into many complicated issues to discover our personalities, depending on the learning approach that is taking place, meanwhile some ways of learning better to select our styles of learning , for me personally, I always strive to create learning that engages a variety of learning styles starting with self-learning using an online learning approach that includes internet conferences, online library, social networking, books reading, exercises, social forums, and I find it a great way to hit on multiple learning styles and effective way to discover my personality, weaknesses and strengths

With change in time and growth in age, every human being faces different level of difficulties.

Like in school different level of difficulties compare to college and then university and professional life and personal life growth aspects.

So a person, he/she always in process of learning his her interpersonal skills. So do I, though I am old enough, that it seems I am enough experience person, but now I am learning new technologies so that I can help my children in growth and also learning how keep up my self being a single father of two. When I was doing my SSC, there were no computers at all,,,too old you know,,,,;)then when I start learning computers there were not windows.... and so on,Now today, what I learned at early stage of IT. programming languages and softwares are all obsolete or about to obsolete,,,so trying to keep up pace with changes in technologies.

There are so many things to discuss, as with growth of technology, social ethics, religious ethics and great pile of knowledge everywhere,,,,I belief that a man never stops learning process, if he/she wants to be a smart and want to achieve goals that comes to his/her life with every second counts,,, and day passes by....

By the way very interesting subject and I can write almost a book on this...

Thanks for giving us a chance to share some personal thoughts as well...
