Yes, it is one of the important aspects to develop the individual’s skills to cope up with the changed process/systems. Truly, I try my best to read the books/ magazine regularly related to my professional matter for keeping me updated with the latest changes and development. Reading and developing skills is a difficult job. But it is the only option when you do not have the time to do a specialized course. In my job role as a quality analyst I have to make reports in Excel about agent performance in different parameters. For this had to learn V & H Lookup from google.This I think an example of reading and developing.
