I live in Luxembourg and want to make myself visible for employers in the Emirates. My problem is that I have the right skills (legal, compliance, banking experience) but it seems I am not noticed as I live so far away? How can I improve visibility?

I advice you to come in a visit visa to Dubai any time from September to March. if you have the skills above you will easily find the suitable position.

To increase your visibility, get in touch with your prospective employers, view their Bayt account, show your interest (email, social networks, etc.) and provide your qualifications.

The problem is not really the visibility or getting noticed. It's actually where you are and where you intend to work. You have to be where they need you to be.
