Management is:

- Structure the decision-making process

- Predict group performance and identify potential problems

- Make the most of the various meetings

- Delegate the responsibilities

- Define assigned tasks to his subordinates

- Establish performance indicators and evaluate the results

- Use the increases in salaries, bonuses and promotion to motivate staff and improve its performance

- Conducting an application maintenance or persuade an employee to take back his resignation.

Strategic management is :

 An ongoing process that assesses the business and the industries in which the company involved, assesses its competitors and set goals and strategies to meet all existing and potential competitors, and then reassesses each strategy annually or quarterly to determine how it has been implemented and whether it has succeeded or needs replacement by a new strategy to meet changed circumstances , new technology, new competitors, or new economic environment or a new social, financial or political environment.

Management is an art that cordinates the efforts of people to accomplish goals & objectives using the available resources effectively & efficiently. It involves planning, organisating, staffing, coordinating, controlling, monitoring & evluation of an organisation to accomplish its goals. while Strategic management involves a process of execution of decisions to develop an appropriate strategy to achieve organisation's goals & objectives.
