Most of us know what leader is ( not manager), when he is in leadership level he needs to show his inborn skills to improve himself and to let his teams reach success, so what are the most common skills he needs to use to do so and looks like a successful leader.

From my view creativity is the most common inherent skill that has always been at the heart of business leaders sucess, but until now it hasn’t been at the top of the leadership agenda. Creative leader has the ability to create something novel and appropriate, and creativity is also essential to the global leaders to sustain the best companies after they have reached global scale. Perhaps I think that creativity is unmanageable too elusive and intangible to pin down or because concentrating on it produced a less immediate payoff than improving execution, thus it hasn’t been the focus of most leaders attention.
I assume that the first priority of leadership should be to engage the right people, at the right times, to the right degree in creative work. That engagement starts when the leader recasts the role of subordinates. Rather than simply roll up their sleeves and execute top-down strategy, employees must contribute their imagination and ideas through bottom-up approach.
So to reach the team to success creative leaders should do the following:
1-Tap ideas from all team levels.
2-Encourage and enable team collaboration.
3-Open the organization to diverse worldviews and perspectives.
4-Bringing Process carefully to map the phases of creative work.
5-Create a filtering mechanism to provide new paths rather than the bureaucracy.
6-Fanning the flames of motivation, through:
a-Provide intellectual challenge.
b-Allow people to pursue their passions.
c-Be an appreciative audience.
d-Embrace the certainty of failure.
e-Provide the setting for good work.
7-Pulling team members together socially.
8-Bringing leadership theories to Practice
