Could any one guide me to a book or site that I might learn about the TEMS investigation program?

You can watch tutorials on YouTube and learn the basics but i recommend you to take training from any Drive test engineer using TEMS investigation.

YOU CAN SEARCH YOUTUBE ,AND U WILL GET MORE VIDEOS ABOUT TEMS INVESTIGATION FROM ASCOM

You can watch tutorials on YouTube and can also search for user manual by ASCOM. There you can learn the basics but i recommend you to take training from any Drive test engineer using TEMS INV for different field tests. 

Please check the manual from Ascom website.But in actual its better to learn TEMS in field instead of theoretical knowledge.
