To manage Poor attitudes & negativity of an individual, First, Observe, understand and listen then speak to him privately. Second, advise and support by giving respect and confidentiality.
Third, explain the consequences & effect of that habits. And finally implimentdisciplinary action OR give praises and credit (goodwill).
First of all we need to know the reason for what this poor attitude took place. There are many ways to handle this attitude. The main factor is patience and calm.
In my life, I found that we always think that we are right and our management is wrong. But reality is that we are thinking wrong. Because our authorities are more experienced and they know rules and regulation about an employee. And most of times, they violate rules just to facilitate us.
But some times they feel cannot exceed their limits, and we think they are just making us fool. But reality is that they also have to be answerable in from of their own seniors and employers.
Suppose we are not wrong, then we have to be calm and having patience in us. And if we are wrong then at least we want to continue our job as well. So, being an employee, we are bound to follow rules of that company.
